Not a chatbot. A presence.
ALICE listens, sees and replies with a natural voice. She lives in a 3D avatar with her own behaviour, memory and character. She began as my degree project; today she is a complete system, presented at conferences and constantly evolving.
It began in 2020 — before ChatGPT existed. And I have the proof.

2026ALICE in your pocket.
An Android app that extends ALICE to the phone: power-outage detection, alerts and assistance — built for the Venezuelan context. A Venezuelan problem, a homemade solution.

2023 — presenteLearning math, by playing.
An education-technology platform that turns learning mathematics into a game. I founded it and led its development with CoreEd1 LLC (Denver, USA). The goal was simple: make a student want to open the app.

I have spent 7 years with this technology, before it was a trend. I saw the whole cycle: the promise, the hype, the disappointment, the maturity. AI is a tool — like a hammer: you can build a house or hit someone on the head. What matters is who uses it, for what, and with what judgement. Here I share what I see from the inside. No smoke, no guru. Building.

An engineer — but an artist too.
I am Víctor. A systems engineer from Venezuela, coding since 2015 — yes, that is over ten years now. I am obsessed with applied AI: not the papers, the thing someone can actually open and use.
I come from web development and digital illustration. Today I teach and share about AI at the Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua. Building is what I do: software, brands, an assistant with a voice of her own. Whatever the project needs.
